"I wanted to drop you a note commending the gentlemen who were out today to install the new equipment. They arrived on time, went to work, and have not yet stopped. They took time to go over the installation with me and took considerable extra time to make sure all the ductwork was properly supported and routed. It's refreshing to have workmen come in the house and perform like these men did. Your installers did a fantastic job and are a real credit to your organization. Anne Hiller has accommodated us with a gold star, given the situation that I’m due any day now and on bed rest. Frank Longoria came by to ensure the installation was going well and answer any questions we may have. Our installers ( I don’t know their names) had a great disposition and left our house spotless. You have some great employees who really enjoy their work and take pride in it too… it’s obvious that they’re happy employees and happy to be employed by Church services. "I want to compliment the installation crew your company sent to my house to install a Trane HVAC sytsem. They arrived on time, were careful to cover my carpeting with a protective layer, the head of the crew was very polite....they cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed...the head technician instructed me in its operation before leaving. The City inspector came early Friday afternoon to inspect the job. When he completed his inspection, he complimented the work your crew did.
