When you are a Priority One member, we call you to schedule the check-ups. You do not have to remember to call us to get your system inspected. Our friendly customer service department will call you and schedule a convenient time to come to your home.

PRIORITY ONE SERVICE PLAN

The Priority One Service Plan offers two scheduled inspection check-ups per year, discounts on repair and replacement, priority service, increased efficiency and more. Preventive maintenance can substantially prolong the life of your home's air conditioning and heating system - saving you money.

Priority One Service Plan Details

  • Spring Inspections are recommended during the months of March, April, and May

  • Fall Inspections are recommended during the months of October, November, and December.

  • Please note it is important to schedule your Houston HVAC inspections during the months listed above to guarantee your equipment will be functioning properly during the 'hot' season. This will allow us to better handle the demand on emergency no cool/heat service calls that always occur during the high demand months.


SEMI-ANNUAL INSPECTION PROCEDURES INCLUDE:

Cooling Checkup for your Houston HVAC system:

  • Check for adequate refrigerant levels

  • Inspect compressor contactor

  • Check running and starting amperage

  • Inspect capacitors and relays

  • Inspect condensate drains

  • Inspect evaporator coil

  • Inspect drain pan

  • Inspect wire & safety devices

  • Inspect thermostat  

  • Lubricate motors

  • Check condition of ductwork

  • Inspect air filters

  • Check for vibration and noise

 

 

*Inspections do not include addinig freon if it is needed by your system.

Heating Checkup for your Houston HVAC system:

  • Inspect wire and safety devices

  • Inspect thermostat

  • Check for vibration and noise

  • Lubricate motors

  • Check condition of ductwork

  • Inspect air filters

  • Check defrost cycle (heat pump) 

  • Check reversing valve (heat pump)

This 10% discount can be used every time you have Church Services to your home for service. You save money each time you have us to your home!

  • 5% discount on the price of air conditioning and heating equipment, and other projects such as foundation & re-route jobs, a new water heater or tankless water heater, etc. This discount is up to $250 for each signed proposal when Church Services does the work or installation.

  • Preferential Scheduling - When Priority One members call in their service requests to our customer service department at 713-722-5000 by 10 a.m. for air conditioning, heating,  plumbing, electrical, or pest control, they will receive preferential scheduling.
